  • "Squid Game" Actor Lee Jung Jae faces criminal allegations! We have all the details!

Popular among many, and a household name for many Squid Game actor Lee Jung Jae faces criminal allegations of fraud. Here are all the details you need to know! I have watched Squid Game season one like many, and during the series I got to love the actor Lee Jung Jae. Of course, playing one of the main parts in Squid Game for the actor was a well paid job, however outside of his work, and before the release of Squid Game season 2 in December, some allegations have come about, that the actor has been involved in fraud. The complaint, lodged by Kim Dong Rae, CEO of the KOSDAQ-listed drama studio RaemongRaein , accuses Lee and Park In Kyu, the former CEO of WYSIWYG Studios , of fraud under the Specific Economic Crimes Act. According to Kim, Lee and Park misled him by claiming that their involvement as major shareholders would significantly boost RaemongRaein’s growth, prompting him to transfer his shares. However, after obtaining the shares, Lee and Park allegedly tried to exclude Kim from the company’s management. Kim further alleged that, despite agreeing to jointly manage the company, Lee and Park did not honour this commitment. So would someone with such a high profile career really make false accusations? This is the question that I have been wondering since I heard the story. Well according to Kim’s allegations, Park and Lee made false claims where they convinced the former to involve the duo as major shareholders and this will result in his company’s growth. Kim, therefore, transferred his shares to them. However, he accused Lee and Park of trying to remove him from the company’s management, so why would the star do this? Lee Jung Jae’s team has denied all allegations and stated there was no breach of the contract which only mentioned the transfer of management rights which were agreed upon with mutual consent. The actor’s representatives established there was little contact between them and Kim before and after the signing of the contract. Lee has countersued the CEO for making false allegations of fraud. The police station in-charge has questioned Kim regarding the case and will call Lee and the former CEO next. I believe that of course there was some transaction and deal made between the pair, however perhaps the CEO back tracked at the last minute, and by then the Squid Game actor decided that he of course still wanted to proceed with the deal and went ahead and carried out financial activities. Either way, this has come about just before the release of series 2 of Squid Game , which has captured a global audience. Let us know your thoughts on this topic in the comments below.
