HYBE, the agency behind global music acts such as BTS and SEVENTEEN, is bringing its popular Weverse Con Festival to India for the first time. The two-day event is scheduled to take place in New Delhi on March 27 and 28, 2027, marking the festival's first edition outside South Korea.

The announcement is exciting news for India's growing K-pop community, which has long followed Korean artists through music, social media, and online fan communities. With the festival coming to the country, Indian audiences could get the chance to experience an international music event featuring Korean and Indian performers closer to home.

Indian Fans Can Look Forward to Korean and Local Artists

Weverse Con Festival brings together live performances and activities designed to connect artists with their audiences. The Indian edition is expected to feature a mix of Korean and Indian talent, with special collaborations planned between performers from both countries.

These joint performances could introduce audiences to different musical styles while creating opportunities for artists to reach new listeners.

However, the complete lineup has not yet been announced. Although HYBE manages popular acts such as BTS, SEVENTEEN, TOMORROW X TOGETHER, and ENHYPEN, none of these groups has been officially confirmed for the Delhi festival so far.

A Major Moment for India's K-Pop Community

K-pop has gained a strong following in India, with listeners discovering their favorite artists through streaming platforms, music videos, and social media. For many Indian fans, attending international concerts can mean spending extra money on flights, accommodation and tickets.

Bringing Weverse Con Festival to New Delhi could make it easier for local audiences to experience a large-scale K-pop event without travelling abroad. The festival could also help strengthen the connection between Indian listeners and Korean music.

BookMyShow Live Joins Hands for the Festival

The event is being co-produced and promoted by BookMyShow Live, bringing HYBE's festival concept to India's live entertainment market. The collaboration could create more opportunities for international music events and cross-cultural performances in the country.

Further announcements are expected to reveal more details about the venue, performers, and activities planned for attendees.

When Can Indian Fans Buy Tickets?

Ticket sales are scheduled to begin in October 2026, with presales planned for eligible Mastercard cardholders before general sales open. The Mastercard Collection presale is scheduled for October 27, followed by the wider Mastercard presale from October 28 to October 30. General ticket sales are expected to begin at noon on October 30.

Indian fans will have to wait for the official artist lineup and ticket prices before making their plans. Still, the festival's arrival in New Delhi gives K-pop lovers across the country a major music event to look forward to in 2027.
