Fans of the global phenomenon Squid Game will be excited to hear their show's second season is confirmed to be released in 2024! Netflix has also released some new images from the new season and a new teaser! Let's take a look!
Netflix has confirmed that Squid Game 2 is set to premiere in late 2024. However, the exact date is yet to be confirmed. Filming for the season started in July 2023 and was scheduled to be 10 months, which was shorter than the first season.

The new season continues with Seong Gi Hun (Lee Jung Jae) with a new hairstyle and color (we're pretty sure he'll change the style and color since the first photo we got from Netflix is with him rocking short black hair)! From the teaser, it looks like he returns to Korea to find out who is behind the sadistic games and finally put an end to it. With a new attitude and insight from experience, we're expecting season 2 to be ramped up with more emotion and action between the "participants"!
