Who are Stay Kids? Stray Kids is a K-pop mega band formed in 2017 under JYP Entertainment . Since their debut, they have made history this year by becoming the first boy band to attend the Met Gala . Bang Chan: Bang Chan is the oldest member of the group and he is also the leader. This time he has had alleged disputes with neighbors at his former residence, according to a report by Biz Hankook, the BTS star relocate from his luxury UN Village Villa after leaving another property back in 2021. The new report has revealed that Suga purchased the old residence after he located to Hannam Riverhill in 2018, for the whopping cost of ₩3.40 billion KRW (2.4 million USD). However, after three years, he moved out in November 2021, reportedly due to disputes with other residents in the area. Under a long-term lease arrangement, he vacated the property in May 2024, and the reason is unknown. When reporters asked the group about the usual requirement for a mutual termination of contracts, NewJeans stated that the breach of contract by HYBE and ADOR, and their lack of response had led to the contract termination without the need for further consent.
