  • Choi Woo Sik is a master class on capturing emotional detail in new serial killer drama "A Killer Paradox"! Here's why!

Award-winning actor Choi Woo Sik displays his versatility in playing a confused serial killer in Netflix's new black comedy crime/thriller A Killer Paradox ! We break down all the details on why we think he is in a league of his own when it comes to attention to emotional detail! Spoilers! Plagued by the victims he killed, Lee Tang ( Choi Woo Sik Train to Busan 2016) struggles with his conscious concerning whether he should turn himself in. But the very thought scares him. But blackmailing him isn't the right answer either. Take a look at what he does to blackmailers. In a league of his own Choi Woo Sik displays a unique combination of victim and predator in his latest role as Lee Tang, a typical college guy who likes working out and talking about girls. Little did he know he could attract vile people who deserved to die from their previous crimes. Throughout the series, Lee Tang displays passive-aggressive behavior, depending on who he comes into contact with. He fights with his inner demons and moral beliefs on whether he should turn himself in, suicide, or continue with what he is doing. He even compares his newfound "skill" to a lottery ticket and considers continuing with his serial killer ways. Mind games, with himself It is an absolute pleasure to watch Lee Tang go back and forth in his thoughts, in his tiny one-room apartment playing scenarios in his head. Amusing as well as dark. The emotion shown on Choi Woo Sik's face is very clear to the audience about what he is thinking. We can actually sympathize with him as he takes us through his logic. Is Lee Tang right? A Killer Paradox makes us question whether Lee Tang's actions, killing evil human beings, is an act of justice. Since the law wasn't able to prosecute these ex-convicts properly, is it okay for Lee Tang to "take out the trash" one by one? Each episode introduces new characters that are equally, if not worse, than the previous ones that Lee Tang kills; a woman who kills her parents, a man who tries to take over his friend's family and sleeps with his wife, or two violent teenagers who stab a detective because their egos were hurt? Each episode makes the audience question their morals and that's what makes this series so much fun to watch! Let us know your thoughts on Choi Woo Sik's character and if you agree/disagree with his actions! Comment below! #akillerparadox #choiwoosik #sonsukku #leeheejun #netflixseries #mustwatchnetflix

Yes, traveling is fun and memorable when you're in the company of other people, but what if we told you it can be just as memorable and fun when you're alone? South Korea is a wonderful destination, and although it is known to be very romantic , it has a lot to offer to solo travelers as well! So, if you've been thinking of coming here for a while but don't have anybody to go with, keep reading and find out 5 things to do in Korea this year that will leave you with no time to be bored! 1. Take a Trip to Nami Island Nami Island is a beautiful little island in the north of Seoul that offers beautiful trees, woodland, riverside walks, and much more. It has some amazing must-see scenery year round. Whether you are going in the spring and want to witness some cherry blossoms or you are going in the autumn to see the fall foliage, do not skip on this little island that has it all! Don't forget to take some amazing pictures for your Instagram ! Alternatively, you can also take a trip to Alpaca World or to the DMZ ! 2. Try THESE cafés! We all know Korea is the homeland of pretty and unique cafés (really, it has it all, like a Harry Potter-themed café and a café hidden behind a fridge!), so nothing new there. What you might not know is that there are cafés about simplicity and good coffee. This year try one of the many cafés that offer activities and entertainment other than just drinks. You can start by writing a letter to your future self at this Vegan café that will later mail it to you on your desired date. Or maybe you can try painting, drawing, or even pottery! Worth mentioning are also PC Bangs , where you can play games and eat or drink at the same time! Finally, if you are a K -pop or anime fiend, there are spots for you too, where you can find people that share the same passions as you! 3. Rent a bike Korea is a very green country, with some breathtaking scenery . So why not make the most of it and explore the city by bike? In recent years it has become increasingly easier to rent bikes (especially in the bigger cities) for a very cheap price. That makes it so much easier and more convenient to explore the city compared to walking everywhere! And you can enjoy the scenery better as opposed to taking the bus or the train. So today, why don't you just rent a bike, go to a park and let the road take you wherever it wants to take you? We promise you won't regret it! 4. Busking in Hongdae Okay, so this might be more of a Seoul thing, although you can experience something similar in the areas of Haeundae Beach and Gwangalli Beach in Busan, we had to mention it. There's nothing like watching some good busking on a Friday night or Sunday morning when it's the weekend and you're not rushing to work or home. People will gather, sit down and watch some great performances take place! It's also a good spot for making friends; just imagine turning around and seeing someone else sing the same K-pop song you are singing and adore! You've got to strike up a conversation then! 5. Explore one of the many GIGANTIC malls! If you find yourself having run out of things to do and being bored, just remember: it's Korea! The country has plenty of enormous malls and department stores you can visit. And they are everywhere! You are sure to spend hours inside one and not leave empty-handed. You will be able to find all kinds of things inside: from clothes to accessories to household goods, to cafés and restaurants. There's even a mall with a park , and another one with an observation deck and a skywalk inside! Did you know that Busan has the biggest department store in the world? Yeah, exactly, they know what they are doing! These are just 5 of the many things you can do in Korea as a solo traveler, so stop overthinking it and book a flight to this amazing destination right now! Have you ever been to Korea? If so, have you ever tried any of these things? If not, which one would you like to try first? Let us know in the comments!

  • The Cast of "The Glory" Discuss Fan Theories About Season 2!

Just a day away from one of the most anticipated K-dramas this year, fans are casting their voices on what they think will happen in The Glory Season 2 ! The cast from this show voices their opinions on what fans think and maybe adds a little hint about what happens. Keep on reading to find out! In a fun video, the main cast, without Song Hye Kyo , gives a fun discussion about their thoughts on what fans have been suggesting about their characters in season 2! Check out the video! After watching this video, we want to share three of our favorite theories! 1. Son Myeong Oh might still be alive. Son Myeong Oh ( Kim Gun Woo Record of Youth 2020) is the connection between Moon Dong Eun ( Song Hye Kyo ) and the rest of the bullies since Dong Eun has to use him in order to get to the rest of the crew. Throughout the first part of the series, there were several scenes where we felt pity for him and his situation. After seeing this, we feel that Dong Eun will take it easy on Myeong Oh and give him a proper punishment that is not death. 2. In Part 2, Dong Eun and Do Yeong start dating. At the end of part 1, Ha Do Yeong ( Jung Sung Il Our Blues 2022) finds out what his wife, Park Yeon Jin, has done to Dong Eun. After knowing this information as well as his attraction to Dong Eun at the chess club, where they often run into each other, we feel that although there might not be a romantic connection, they will definitely form a partnership. It is through this partnership that we feel Dong Eun will have an edge to successfully carry out her revenge! 3. Ha Do Yeong might be sterile. So he might know Ye Sol isn't his daughter. So he will take Yeon Jin's side until the end. An interesting twist in the plot is when we find out that Yeon Jin's daughter, Ye Sol, is actually the daughter of Jeon Jae Joon, part of the bullies that hurt Dong Eun! We think that if he finds out, he will definitely NOT take Yeon Jin's side on anything! Like we mentioned earlier, once he finds out how Yeon Jin has deceived him, he will side with Dong Eun to help her with her revenge! The Glory part 2 is scheduled to be released on March 10 for streaming worldwide on Netflix. Let us know your theories! Is there a theory you like best? #thegloryseason2 #theglory
