  • Back for More? "Squid Game" Season 3 Is Just Around The Corner! Here's What To Expect!

June will welcome the final season of the globally loved Squid Game series, season three! We break down what to expect and what fans are anticipating! Image: Squid Game Montage - Custom Image by Yailin Chacon - Screenrant.com The countdown has already begun! Squid Game season 3 is the final season in the series, and will premiere on June 27, 2025, picking right up where season 2 left off! Are you ready for the ultimate showdown? This final season aims to deliver a thrilling conclusion, and to achieve this, the budget is staggering! It is said to be ₩100 billion (roughly USD 68.62 million). Here's our question: Will the game spare any survivors? Netflix has released its official trailer, so let's take a look at what we can expect in the games! Plot twists (*Spoilers!) Season three aims to show a side of vengeance and an attempt to dismantle the deadly games once and for all. This all comes as part of the continuation of Gi Hun's ( Lee Jung Jae ) fight, as we saw in seasons 1 and 2. This would not be complete without trying to confront the Front Man ( Lee Byung Hun ). The unresolved conflict that has escalated between Gi Hun and the Front Man, will be the central point of the plot for season 3, and a clash is expected to be on the cards with his former friend. Will this lead us to the truth? Gi Hun is still unaware that Young Il is the Front Man of the games, and the revelation of this will for sure be a significant part in season 3, adding conflict, betrayal, and disbelief. Characters fate Will there be new players in the new series? As the games will continue, season 3 will feature new players in a bid to share their desperate stories and motivations behind their desire to join the deadly games. We can expect to see a more brutal side of the games, and if you noticed at the end of season 2 in the credits, there was a small statue of a giant boy , which suggests a darker, more bloody version of Red Light Green Light in the upcoming series. New Boy Statue introduced at the end of Season 2 (Credits: Netflix) Hwang Jun Ho ( Wi Ha Joon ) is also set to return, despite previously being shot by his brother, who was the Front Man back in season 1. Of course, in season 2 confirmed that Hwang Jun Ho survived the fatal fall, thanks to a ship's captain. Fans of the show are hoping to see him continue to investigate and hopefully reunite with Gi Hun to finally expose the deadly games once and for all, though the dynamic with his brother will also play a key element, we are sure. What do you think? Themes and Tone The aim of the game is of course to survive mortality, which the players strive for. The new series will strive to push the players bid for survival under the immense pressure that they see themselves in. It does make for a good TV show, however we can't help but feel a sense of sadness watching the desperation on the players' faces. This final season will be emotional as its the final season, the expectations on finding out about the conclusion of Gi Hun's rollercoaster story should hopefully all come to and end. Given that seasons 2 and 3 were filmed back to back, the writers must have a clear direction and vision of what the story will conclude, fans around the world have been anticipating the end to the Squid Game franchise, so let's see what some of the fans are saying; Dojeon readers, brace yourselves for the final, high-stakes games when Squid Game  Season 3 which premieres on June 27th, 2025. This finalize, promises to be a dramatic conclusion to this global phenomenon. How do you think season 3 of Squid Game will end? • "Squid Game" season 3 release date announcement & new killer character!

The finale of the award winning global K-drama Squid Game will be sooner than expected! We talk about a new killer character and what has fans buzzing on social media! Image: nomusica.com After a long wait, Squid Game season 2 has come and gone, and though you can play the games yourself if you login to Call Of Duty: Black Ops 6 or Warzone where players are able to play Red light, Green Light and a number of other deadly unfair games, the TV show is over and fans are left wandering what the finale season 3 will bring. Since viewers have had the chance to catch up with Gi Hun, and the rest of the players, our sights are set to season three of the dystopian drama. The highly anticipated season three of Squid Game has dropped its first teaser already, and in the trailer they have introduced a new very creepy character and killer doll, Cheol Su . In the short teaser, it shows three players entering an arena where the iconic Red Light Green Light doll Young Hee stands with her back turned. Let's check it out! As the camera pans across the screen, a baby boy doll appears looking back at her from across the tracks, and with the massive success of season two which was only recently released, season three is set to follow in it's footsteps with a very soon 2025 release date. With this news fans are waiting for more details about the show, especially after season two became Netflix's most watched series in 92 countries, which ranked an impressive 68 million views in just three days! Fans of the show are already starting to become excited at the announcements of season three! Our thoughts One concern that we have, is that there is the strong possibility that Netflix will break it into multiple parts, like they have done with the Heist, Stranger Things 4 and others. My biggest concern with Season 3 is that there is still a big plot to clear up, and depending on the number of episodes it may be hard to do. Let us know if you will be tuning into Squid Game season three the finale. #squidgame #kdrama #globaldrama #kentertainment #netflix #finale

Playing the villainous Park Yeon Jin, she delivered a chilling and nuanced performance that captivated audiences worldwide. Her portrayal was widely praised for breaking away from traditional villain archetypes. Lim Ji Yeon crafted a deeply resonant and multidimensional character, showcasing her immense dedication to her craft.
