A tip we have is to get there early. Hotel prices are out of control, and all trains and buses are likely to be sold out, with congestion on the roads. This really does show the influence and power that BTS has. Even without a ticket or access to one of the venues that we have mentioned, fans will experience projections on Gwanghwamun Gate, massive crowds, and the full Seoul celebration vibe.

This observatory is located near the infamous Seoul City Hall Seomun Annex. The 13th floor of this building is one of the most loved spots for enjoying the views of Gwanghwamun Square.
It’s particularly beautiful in spring when the colourful trees of Deoksugung Palace frame the distant Gwanghwamun area! This is just an extra part of the beauty, which you can immerse yourself in, while enjoying some of your favourite BTS songs this March!

This destination is a favourite among people visiting Gwanghwamun square! You see, this Starbucks has outdone itself! Here, you see, Starbucks at Gwanghwamun has third-floor window seats, which sit right by the square. There is also upper-floor seating, which offers a direct view outside. This is the perfect place to come if you want coffee, heating, and a view all in one. Some of the Dojeon team loving coming here to enjoy people watching, and enjoying a much needed rest at times! We can recommend this place first hand!

Depending on access that day, Sejong Center for the Performing Arts is near the main event! At this location, some areas inside or near the entrance overlook the square crowd, which makes it one of the best places to immerse yourself in this historic event this March! It won’t give a close-up view, but you’ll still catch the atmosphere and hear the show! The Dojeon team have been to this location on multiple occasions, and we can confirm that it truly is a great destination, with close proximity to the main square!

This bookstore really is a symbol of Korea in itself! Not only does this store have an entrance right onto the plaza, but the street-level view gives you a sense of the immense scale of this year's event!
If you stand right out the front and look North, you should also be able to spot the statue of King Sejong, which appears perfectly between the towering glass structures of the business district. So what better way than enjoying the peaceful feeling that books offer, history, and a free BTS concert all in one go? Even better, this spot does not have to break the bank, as it should not cost anything!

Lewis Hooper from the Dojeon team has stayed in this hotel in the past and can confirm that this is one of our hottest destinations on the list! If the incredible rooftop is open, then this is one of, if not the best, spot to enjoy a sweeping view of Gwanghwamun.
Not only is it a central hotel, but the Koreana rooftop has awesome panoramic views! Imagine standing on the rooftop, looking down, and feeling the energy of the crowd! It gives us chills just thinking about it!

If money is no object, then this luxury vantage point offers a sophisticated, high-angle view of the bustling intersection and the palace grounds. Thanks to its incredible height, you are able to see over the city walls into the inner courtyards of Gyeongbokgung that aren't visible from the ground. As long as the rooftop is open, then this really is one destination that offers a more relaxed, yet spectacular view!
