As we enter the New Year, P NATION has announced its most ambitious chapter yet! Under the leadership of PSY, the agency is in the process of transitioning from a "soloist-heavy" label to a well-rounded global entertainment powerhouse, and at the same time, looking for the "Next Global Icon".

The Mission

PSY is currently in the process of searching for "unprecedented" talent—artists who aren't just performers but creators. The aim is to get the public's help in getting them to suggest talent that they believe has "star potential."

Who can apply?

This once-in-a-lifetime opportunity is open to males who were born between 2008 and 2016, regardless of nationality.

Why now?

Thanks to the global expansion and interest in K-pop, P NATION is striving to be a champion when it comes to 'Artist first' management, compared to other big-name labels.

This creative freedom can be found in singer-songwriters like An Shin-ae and Daniel Jikal, who have been able to maintain their distinct artistic "diamonds" rather than conforming to K-pop trends. Now seems like the perfect time for PSY and the management board to cash in and expand their talent pool!

Global Market "Thaw"

With the 2026 Dream Concert being broadcast in China, P NATION is leading the charge back into the Chinese market, utilizing PSY’s massive brand recognition and Hwasa’s viral appeal to expand their touring footprint across Asia.

How can I apply?

The application process has two routes, which the Dojeon team has broken down for you!

Route one: Apply directly

Applicants can apply through the official website or follow @pnation_audition on Instagram for current links and Google Form updates. Submissions, however, must include a completed application form, clear photos, and a talent showcase video or audio clip lasting one to three minutes, so be creative!

Route two: Recommendation

The recommendation system offers a unique feature that allows the public to recommend individuals with star potential by submitting their names and talent videos directly to the casting team. Do you have any friends that you will be recommending? PSY decided to utilize this system because he believes hidden gems are often discovered by those around them rather than through traditional self-application. The Dojeon team couldn't agree more!

The Selection Process

If you are lucky enough to make it through the application stage, you will be filtered through the rigorous selection process. Remember, only successful candidates will receive personal contact to move forward to the final audition rounds held at various global locations.
