Concert endings are that bittersweet moment when you aren't sure if you should be delirious with joy because you are happy you made it to your dream concert, or cry your eyes out because it is over. Our favorite K-pop groups have cracked the code to get their devoted fanbases doing both by introducing some of the best songs from their discography, last, the K-pop concert ending songs.

K-pop concert ending songs are usually an encore version of fan-favorite songs meant to make everyone cry tears of joy, something anthemic that gets everyone on their feet dancing, or a feel-good anthem that leaves your heart full of satisfaction. With tears streaked cheeks, confetti showers, fireworks, and wildly waving your arms in the air, we list down 6 of our favorite concert-ending songs.

  1. BTS – "Mikrokosmos"

BTS' "Mikrokosmos", from their 2019 album Map of the Soul: Persona, sounds as enchanting as its name. Co-written by the group's rap line - RM, SUGA, and J-Hope, this heartwarming ballad carries a perfect concert-ending vibe. "Mikrokosmos" is what I call a "happy-sad" song; it’s essentially a farewell track, yet it leaves you hopeful that we will unite again, that we will meet again, until next time. The lyrics are beautiful and uplifting, with sing-along chorus lines like: 'Shine, dream, smile / Oh, let us light up the night.'

  1. BLACKPINK – "Forever Young"

BLACKPINK may have a more limited discography compared to their peers, but within it are some truly underrated gems, one of them being "Forever Young" from their mini-album SQUARE UP. A blend of hip-hop, R&B, dance, and soul, the song’s fusion of genres makes it a perfect candidate for a concert-ending track. The lyrics are both heartfelt and pulsating: "You and me / You and me, forever young / BLACKPINK is the revolution." It’s the kind of song I can imagine BLINKs singing at the top of their lungs, voices hoarse, arms flailing in the emotionally charged atmosphere.

3. SEVENTEEN – "Very Nice"

You have to be a CARAT (fandom name) to truly appreciate the magic of the 'Aju Nice never-ending concert'. “Very Nice", also known as “Aju Nice", is a peppy, upbeat dance-pop track that not only captures the essence of K-pop but also embodies SEVENTEEN’s spirit—carefree, energetic, and full of joy. The “Never-ending Aju Nice” is when SEVENTEEN plays an extended, more chaotic, and undeniably fun version of the song, often multiple times, turning the encore into a euphoric after-party. It’s now synonymous with SEVENTEEN concerts and fan meetings, always leaving CARATs wanting more.

4. TWICE - "Knock Knock"

The lead single of the repackaged version of their album TWICEcoaster: Lane 1, titled TWICEcoaster: Lane 2, “Knock Knock” is a fun, frothy, frisky, and free-spirited song that will instantly get you on your feet, dancing the night away with your girlfriends, delirious with joy after attending one of the best concerts of your life. Knock Knock” is the perfect concert-ending song if you want to swap some ugly crying for freestyle sing-along dancing. It isn’t a goodbye but rather a “see you again” from TWICE to ONCEs (their fandom name).

5. SHINee – "An Encore"

The magic lies in its name. "An Encore" is the kind of song that will leave your tear ducts emptied but your heart full of love and gratitude. A love letter from SHINee, "An Encore" is a sensitive, soulful, and sentimental ballad boasting beautiful, flawless vocals by SHINee's members. "An Encore" is the perfect ending song because it is a culmination of SHINee and SHAWOLs' overwhelming emotions, gratitude for being in that moment, and memories of a lifetime. "An Encore" will have you reaching out for tissues.

6. Girls' Generation – "Into the New World"

"Into the New World" is a crowning jewel in Girls' Generation's expansive and versatile discography. The song wears many hats; not only has it become a symbol of protest and unity, but it also stands as a positive, anthemic track that makes for the perfect concert-ending moment. It holds a special place in both SNSD’s and SONEs’ hearts as the group's debut song, carrying an optimistic outlook on life, encouraging listeners to face challenges with strength and step into a new world with their heads held high. The chorus is easy to sing along to, leaving fans hopeful and hearts full.
